Giants take the lead in the Beltran trade race

With a little more than four days until the trade deadline, the Giants are in a good position to land Carlos Beltran.  Reports of this are popping up across the media boards this morning and almost all signs point to the Giants being the front runner.  There is no talk of what top prospects the Giants have thrown in, but I feel on of the top Giant prospects, Wheeler, needs to be included in the deal.  As July 31st approaches, we will all be waiting for the media alert and hopefully the good news.

Hey Carlos, get on a plane to Philly and join the Giants for their series against the Reds this weekend!
